**Job Overview**:

Boston Scientific Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Alajuela, CR. As a key member of our global post market CIS team, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, investigating, monitoring and documenting patterns and trends in post marketing surveillance data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer complaints, events and other post marketing surveillance data to identify patterns and trends.
  • Investigate identified trends by starting a formal trend investigation and working on cross-functional teams.
  • Document trend action by updating the trend report and performing a Health Risk Analysis.
  • Communicate product performance to management committees and design teams through formal presentations and published reports.

Requirements:

  • Licenciature degree in Chemical, Industrial, Electronic, Biotechnology, Electromechanical Engineering or Related Field.
  • English Level desired: B2 (80-89%).
  • Desired knowledge: Formal Training on statistical and quality techniques desirable, ASQ Certified, Knowledge of Six Sigma, APQP or similar tools.
  • 1 year or more in current position.
  • Annual Performance evaluation rating "Meets Expectations" or "Exceeds Expectations".
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar position.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
