El puesto tiene por objetivo crear una posición denominada Operario Montacarguista con la tarea de satisfacer las necesidades de operación de montacargas y apilador en el área en donde se desempeñe el colaborador, bajo criterios definidos en cuanto a su desempeño y habilidad en la operación de dichos equipos.
- Realizar todos los movimientos de material dentro de las instalaciones de Eaton con el uso de dispositivos mecánicos como apilador y montacargas.
- Sera el responsable de ubicar los materiales en los puntos de almacenaje bajo los criterios administrativos y de ingeniería determinados por EHS y por las necesidades del área en donde se desempeñe tal como bodega de distribución o bodega de suministros.
- Responsable de las tareas de mantenimiento productivo total (TPM) de los equipos en operación.
- Ejecutar los controles del puesto llevando control de documentos relacionados con la tarea como controles de mantenimiento, controles de EHS y documentos de traslados entre bodegas.
- Recibo, chequeo y acomodo de materiales provenientes de compras locales, de importación y de manufactura.

- Manejo y control de inventarios - Deseable
- Bachillerato en educación media
- Conocimientos de Microsoft Office (Word-Excel-Power Point-Sistemas ERP (Oracle-SAP-Otro)). Deseable
- Licencia D3 al dia (indispensable)
