En este momento nos encontramos buscando el puesto **Master Data Jr Analyst **para apoyar un proyecto del área. Este es un puesto **temporal** por 6 meses.**

**Responsabilidades**:

- Brindar soporte a la empresa en la gestión de datos maestros de manera efectiva para garantizar controles adecuados, alta calidad de datos maestros y un rendimiento eficiente del proceso:

- Realizar la creación y mantenimiento de registros de datos en tiempo y forma y de acuerdo con los procedimientos, normas y estándares de calidad.
- Garantizar la validación completa y de alta calidad de los datos de acuerdo con las normas y reglas de gobernanza de datos.
- Emprender actividades periódicas de limpieza de datos para elevar la calidad de cada registro a los níveles deseados.
- Brindar soporte de primera línea al negocio en la investigación y solución de problemas de datos de nível de complejidad bajo a medio.
- Apoyar proyectos para impulsar la mejora, estandarización y automatización de procesos.
- Participar en la investigación de la causa raíz detrás de una falla de proceso comercial o errores de datos recurrentes.
- Apoye la implementación de nuevas tecnologías de datos que mejoran la eficiencia del proceso e impulsan la calidad efectiva de los datos maestros:

- Participar según las instrucciones en la ejecución de casos de prueba para nuevos sistemas y herramientas, asegurando que los procesos comerciales no se vean interrumpidos por los cambios.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudiante avanzado o bachiller en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería o carrera afín.
- Manejo intermedio-avanzado de inglés.
- Dominio intermedio de Microsoft Excel.
- 1+ años de experiência en master data o call center (es un plus).
- Buena capacidad de comunicación.
- Atención superior a los detalles pudiendo procesar gran cantidad de datos.
- Orientación a resultados y enfoque al cliente.
- Habilidad para resolver problemas.
- Conocimiento en SAP, Power BI y Macros (deseable)
