As part of Mondelēz International Business Services, you work with the services operations capability leads to ensure that defined processes and tools (which could be in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc.) are used to provide impeccable service to the organization. You and your team will define and carry out resourcing plans that deliver efficient organizational performance

**How you will contribute**

In this role, you will e stablished training and development plans that prioritize business initiatives according to strategic direction, current performance and return on investment.

Participate in needs analysis to determine training needs within the organization. Assessing learner wants and needs, taking into consideration the needs of the organization. Able to develop regional trainings and facilitate community of practice, implementing innovative methodologies, resources, and tools.

Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games, etc.) to be delivered via e-learning and/or Instructor-Led methods while using adult learning methodologies and instructional design best practices.

**What you need to know about this position**:

- Able to project manage all phases of learning projects - analysis, design, development, implementation, & evaluation. Experienced with ADDIE Methodology.
- Define learning outcomes, design, and develop training programs (functional, leadership, and behavioral) and e-Learning, provide stretch assignments, coaching, further education policies, and identity/use appropriate delivery channels.
- Training Administration: Training bookings, logistics of event (virtual/on site), participant liaison, training effectiveness metrics, and tracking.
- Training Management: Navigating MDLZ platforms to educate and direct teams with existing training content, become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to identify and capture available learning content.
- T raining team capability, monitoring industry trends and external networks.
- Design and develop training content that engages learners Develop eLearning, videos, instructor-led, blended learning, and virtual training curriculums, ensuring training standards.
- Represents the training team in meetings with business partners, leadership and project teams.
- Leads the identification of appropriate training media and methodologies based on audience learning styles, nature of training being delivered, audience location, point within the learning process, etc. within the context of business needs and constraints.

- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand new, complex tools, technologies, and systems.
- Proactively communicate task and project status to internal and external stakeholders

**Education / Certifications**:

- University degree required, Business administraion, pschycology or HR preferred (or related careers).

**Job specific requirements**:

- At least 2- 4 years of related experience in a Learning/HR areas and/or similar working experience
- Experience in a shared service center, preferably in a Learning/HR services environment
- Experienced in instructional designer (required)
- Familiarized with Kirkpatrick or Phillips methodology to measure reaction, knowledge, behavior change, business result, and ROI (as appropriate).
- Design and Development of Learning Solutions (based around 70:20:10).
- Knowledge Management for Organizational Learning
- Advance English/ Spanish required
- Advance Portuguese desired
