**Responsibilities**:
Must have workstation, great work ethic, solid common sense, and a passion for IT.
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner or know when escalate to higher tier support.

**Requirements**:
3+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Tech
- Backup and recovery
- Virus Removal
- OS Installations
- Software installations
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Installation of memory and other peripherals
- Computer & Laptop setup and configurations.
- Printer troubleshooting & installations.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₡1,000,000.00 - ₡1,100,000.00 per month
