Resumen:
**¿Cuál es el Rol?**

Gestión estratégica de Canales Comerciales en toda la Compañía Integrada.

**Responsabilidades**:
**¿Cómo agregarás valor?**
- Identificando oportunidades comerciales para el desarrollo de canales, partners y proyectos de explotación comercial de la Compañía.
- Asegurando la implementación de modelos de venta para cada canal: calidad, scripts, controles.
- Siendo responsable de velar por el cumplimiento de los indicadores relacionados con: ventas por canal, costes por canal (sac)
- Asegurando la gestión óptima de la operación de canales comerciales.
- Identificando oportunidades de desarrollo comercial para todos los productos B2C.
- Apoyando en cualquier otra función afín requerida por necesidad de la empresa, derivada de cambios en las operaciones de negocio.

Calificaciones:
**¿Qué necesitas?**
- Formación profesional en Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas o carreras afines al puesto.
- Tres (3) años de experiência en puestos similares, desempeñando funciones asociadas a gestión estratégica de canales: Puerta a Puerta, Retail, Mayoristas y Mixto.
- Experiência en desarrollo e implantación de nuevos productos y servicios: capacidad para desarrollar nuevos servicios e implantarlos con la máxima rentabilidad para la Compañía.
- Experiência en manejo de personal.
- Conocimiento en paquete Office 365.
- Conocimiento del territorio costarricense.
- Deseable dominio intermedio del idioma inglés.
- Capacitación en servicio al cliente.
