**Summary**:
**What will you be doing**:
As RevOps manager you will be responsible for:
North American CRM Strategy: Develop and implement strategies tailored specifically for the Canadian and US markets to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
Data Management: Lead all aspects of the collection, organization, and analysis of customer data from the North American market to gain insights into behavior and preferences.
Segmentation and Targeting: Use CRM data to segment customers effectively within the Canadian and US markets and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.
End-to-End Promotion Coordination: Manage the entire promotion process, from initial briefing to the creation and implementation of promotional landing pages, blog posts, and other marketing collateral.
How about we amend this to coordinate the creation of rich travel and lifestyle content that engages '50 years of US adventurers'
Customer Journey Optimization: Collaborate with our customer-facing teams to map the customer journey within the Canadian and US markets and see opportunities for improvement.
Performance Tracking: Supervise key metrics related to engagement, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
CRM System Management: Work closely with our RevOps teams to administer and maintain the CRM system (HubSpot), including user management and data hygiene practices relevant to the Canadian and US markets.
**What are we looking for?**:
- Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management or a similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience in motivating change and process improvement initiatives.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for adventure travel and a deep dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
