**About the role**:
The
**Digitalization Manager**will be a hands-on leader of the digitalization team that provides automation solutions for the different business thought the appropriate automation tools.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Successful implementation of automation projects based on agreed roadmap.
- Establish and maintain appropriate communication and engagement with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify automation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility for automation.
- Work amongst various functional teams to continuously develop and support enterprise automation projects.
- Manage the end-to-end automation development Life Cycle.
- Driving the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, performance and security.
- Provide guidance, coaching and training to the team members.
- Understand the needs of the people to inspire and support their development.
- Working with the project team to develop detail level project plans and resource allocation for implementation.
- Manage and control project delivery in accordance with roadmap and standards (time, quality, benefits, etc.) to drive project success.
- Strong project management, able to prioritize and manage multiple portfolio.
- Ensure adherence to global governance model and best practices for building and deploying automation projects.
- Understand the complexity of software and software product development in order to advise the development team when required.
- Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as part of the automation process.
- Perform demos and code reviews.
- Ensure that automations in production are properly supported.
- Experimenting with new technologies.
- Experience providing mentorship and guidance, including code reviews, training, and feedback.

**Required**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems.
- English (90% proficiency).
- 8+ years experience in Object Oriented Design and Programming (C++, Java, C#, etc.).
- 5+ years experience managing teams.
- Experience with relational database modeling and designs.

**Desired**
- 3+ years end to end robotic process automation (UIPath preferred).
- Programing Experience in Python.
- Experience with agile methodologies such as SCRUM
- Expertise with technologies like Machine Learning, NLP. Big Data, etc. is a plus.
