The role aims at leading and coordinating a wide range of projects:
(1) Implement the Global Customer Service Strategy,

(2) Design, lead and implement market strategy,

(3) Lead the masterplan and end-to-end supply chain projects,

(4) Also will be managing the customer collaboration projects,

(5) coordinating local / regional / global strategy/system/process deployments.

(5) conducting analysis / reporting

He/She identifies and drives improvement of functional processes and KPIs (e.g. product availability at the market, customer service level, cost to serve, net working capital, etc.) through projects (e.g. process mapping and optimization, digitalization, B2C network, etc.).

He/She provides a bridge between the global SC team and the regional and local needs at SC and/or commercial and Finance l functions enabling technical product info, manufacturing features to be translated at the market side enabling route to market with best product design and portfolio, optimum COGS and on-time IMS.

Your ‘day to day’
- Identify necessary process and tool changes to be triggered either by global initiatives and or local/regional needs and work with PMI OC and the regional functions and markets to come up with a holistic transition plan, including change management features and a corresponding capability gap assessment plan
- Drive the continuous improvement across the entire supply chain processes, deploy globally driven performance management and improvement concepts (e.g. OPEN+), and digitalize planning, logistics and warehousing processes in close collaboration with central functions, in order to ensure optimal business performance. Ensure full visibility of E2E supply chain network in terms of inventory levels, developing systems and tools for timely recognition of Out-of-Stock of potential LOGD exposure.
- Reporting and KPIs. Monitor the implementation of regular reporting and KPI's related to budget, cost control and process performance for all Customer Services processes in order to guarantee the total control of the operation.
- Knowledge and training. Ensure development standards (e.g. trainings, induction programs, on-the-job learning opportunities, etc.) per position are in place to fit any skill gap of people vs. position qualifications. Improve organization by introducing new processes, structures based on evolving business and organizational requirements.
- Standard, Improvement Processes and Systems
- In collaboration with COE the preparation, deployment, and utilization of the PMI standard for all activities.
- Develop and implement standards working procedures, operating guidelines & systems
- Actively participate or initiate improvement programs; evaluate, analyse, and implement alternatives; in order to improve consumers (internal and external) service levels at optimal cost.
- Relentlessly look for and explore any opportunities by keeping abreast of new industry/technological development applicable to supply chain and maintain a strong and regular communication with PMI and other affiliates.
- Take a leadership role in pioneering, testing and proposing new opportunities and when successful ensure the sharing across PM
- Makes projects successful. Accountability ensures that the 80/20 of a project manager’s effort will be put on expectations, milestones and performance which are success drivers. When the manager is accountable for his/her decisions and actions, the project is likely to be delivered according to the expectations of the executive staff. He/she also will be responsible for three needed to consider to ensure that the project manager is accountable for results. Those steps are as follows: Set Clear Expectations, Track Critical Milestones and Focus on Performance.
