Customer Activation Manager Seasonal

**What are we looking for?**:
- individual contributor with a Bachelor's Degree and +3 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising or related field in the Consumers Goods industry.
- Must be fully bilingual (English / Spanish).
- Microsoft Office proficient, with strong Excel skills - knowledgeable in managing operating systems and databases.
- Competencies expected: financial acumen, manages complexity, decision quality, plans and align, drives results, organizational savvy, drives vision and purpose, levering insights into actions and influencing without authority, among others.
**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
- Collect and analyze Seasonal segment, consumer and brand data to support creation and shaping of seasonal portfolio needs.
- Grounded in shopper and customer insight, develop and execute channel and customer activation initiatives that delivers the short and long term brand portfolio aspirations, drives optimal physical availability, engages the shopper, drives conversion and share growth.
- Manage with cross functional teams to support creation of an integrated business plan that ensures delivery of key brand initiatives in market.
- Partner with the Customer Development team to deliver an annual activation plan which is aligned to SCM choices, category growth drivers, customer needs and influences shoppers throughout the path to purchase. Effectively adapt and adjust activity plans to reflect the changing customer and internal environment.
- Ensure activity plans are aligned across Sales and CBU’s and brought into the S&OP+ process where appropriate, ensuring trade-offs are made to meet wider business objectives
- Track and manage on-going performance analysis and regular brand reviews, implement agreed seasonal plan and the marketing activity calendar in market:
- Undertake the process of forecasting with the US affiliate to comply with the checkpoints ensuring volume commitments.
- Translate Brand Compass into seasonal activity that tells the consistent, engaging brand story and build distinctive brand assets.
- Undertake product development on agreed seasonal innovation projects.
- Create, develop and deploy effective seasonal activations that continuously drive penetration and enhance the brand DMS
- Ensure cross-functional colleagues are aware of plans, requirements, risks and implications during implementation
- Undertake post activity evaluation
- Manage allocated budgets effectively
