What this job involves
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Facility Coordinator to join our team:
**Location**: Heredia, Costa Rica.

**Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

**Work model**: On site.

**Contract Type**: Indefinite-terM/Fixed-term.

**Responsabilities**:
Coordinate building services to provide superior client service meeting their expectations ((Food Service, Janitorial, EHS, Security, Maintenance, others).
Responsible to coordinate and execute annual plans through vendors for site maintenance and janitorial services.
Be the single point of contact for clients at the office.
Be the contact link for operational reason with the Land Lord and the client.
Ensure Land Lord services are meeting the goals based on the leasing contract.
Coordinate Preventive and Planned Maintenance program to minimize maintenance, repair and replacement costs together with minimizing the risk of plant failure.
Ensure all Reactive Maintenance is completed as per the agreed timeframes.
Maintain CMMS up to date regarding equipment and asset management input. Includes maintenance routines and technical sheet for all equipment.
Comply with premises inspection checklists and keep tracking of corrective actions.

**Requirements**:
Studies related to Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electromechanical, Administration or similar.
1-3 years in maintenance related task and responsibilities required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel or equivalent knowledge of real estate desired.
Strong interpersonal, customer service and supervisory skills.
Minimum technical knowledge. Preferably knowledge of Air Conditioning, and office environment maintenance and services etc.
Upper-intermediate level of English.
