This is a temporary role.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a key role supporting end to end recruitment processes for the Global Service Center in Costa Rica.

The impact you will make in this role
- Key partner to HM on talent market, talent sources, diversity, optimal end to end recruiting process and tools
- Advise Hiring Managers on interview and selection tools to assure quality decision making process.
- Continue communication to attract diverse talent and inclusive culture and leverage recruiting events partnership. Participate and/or support career fairs/ D&I events
- Ensure quality of the data in HR Systems - perform the task within SLAs (including cycle time, time to present, time to offer, etc)

Your Skills and Expertise
- 3-4 years working with end to end recruitment
- Fluent English B2-C1
- Experience using tracking systems
- Demonstrated experience working with high volumes of work and with different stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated experience using sourcing tools
