**Technical Support Onsite**:
**What you’ll do**:
- Attend to user support onsite. Laptop and desktop regular IT support.
- Work Ticket management within Cognizant Platform (Will be taught).
- Provide hands and feet support for special activities if required.
- Attend meetings for performance reviews as per requirement.
- Work the stockroom and manage inventory.
- Attend daily meetings for Ticket Reviews and weekly meetings for teamwork.
- Stay available upon request for any special IT requirement that fits within the Job description already provided.
**Preferred experience**:
- Experience like Service Desk
- Advanced knowledge of Desktop Operating Systems like Windows 10 & Mac OS.
- Demonstrated knowledge of public cloud provider billing methods and concepts Driving & Monitoring Queue for ticket closure. Incident Management and Request fulfilment through Onboarding MMO/MMI Portal.
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and TCP/IP ports HTTP and file sharing.
- Client interfacing and Vendor management skill along with experience of handling VIP support.
- Work on End point compliance (Control parameters -/AD /Anti-Virus -Cisco AMP / MBAM - BitLocker / SCCM/DLP/Next Think/Avecto)
- Physical cables patching knowledge - Phone Voice and LAN Data.
- Advanced English
