**Technical Support Manager**:
We are seeking for highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Support Managers to join our team. Your primary objective will be to foster a positive and productive work environment while ensuring the team's success in achieving organizational goals.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Team Leader in a Call Center environment, managing a team of 10-15 people. (MUST)
- Fluent in English with a C1 level proficiency. (MUST)
- High School degree or equivalent. (MUST)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Proven experience in performance management, coaching, and providing feedback.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
