**Job Description**:
Our Data Development team is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team of analytics experts. We are seeking for someone with proven experience creating and driving roadmaps for new tools implementation and adoption. The Senior Business Analyst is a self-driven professional who feels confident working with IT teams in data development related projects.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

- Write and maintain business implementation plan for new tools.
- Collaborate with internal business teams and stakeholders to help design, document, maintain and improve related business processes.
- Prepare progress reports and expose them to a leadership audience
- Identify gaps in technology and work with internal teams to remediate them
- Risk management for risks inherit to new tools adoption
- Provides leadership to team.
- Manage multiple projects from beginning to completion under agile framework
- Lead business implementation plan for migration into big data environment.

What your background looks like:

- 5+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience creating and maintaining business implementation plan
- Experience managing key stakeholders’ expectations.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including technical documentation creation.
- Deep understanding of the Agile methodology.
- Ability to easily adapt to new and changing requirements
- Proven experience working with IT related projects.
