**Introduction**

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Work as a point of escalation for Fraud Analyst to ensure appropriate action.
- Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of highly manual processes through automation.
- Identify fraud trends and take appropriate action.
- Analyze rule performance trends.
- Report on Daily fraud trends.
- Partner with Project Manager, Developers and Data Scientist to build long term fraud detection

safeguards around behavior analytics and continuous risk assessment.
- Carry-out procedure recommendations for intelligence/data driven complex fraud investigations.
- Work with internal teams to come up with action plans to address corrective and preventative measures

to mitigate risk.
- Work with stakeholders to drive process improvements that will impact customers.
- Contribute and/or lead special projects which reduce fraud related losses, while maintaining focus on a

positive customer experience.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Minimum four years of experience in Cyber Crime, Abuse, Security, Fraud, Financial Crimes, or Financial
- Risk Management.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Ability to prioritize work and manage time in a fast-paced.
