Key job responsibilities
As a Custom Offer Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:
- Create impactful customer offers on Amazon Business in collaboration with the Product and Business team.
- Enhance the visibility and accuracy of offer listing through content correction and improvement.
- Drive process improvement and innovation by leveraging data and insights to inform the internal team.
- Collaborate with Sales representatives and Product teams to gather requirements and shape the product roadmap to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide valuable support to Amazon Business Partners by answering questions and guiding them on custom offer features.
