Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain expertise in our product licensing terms and conditions and comprehensive knowledge of our products.
- Effectively communicate and negotiate with customers to gather product deployment data, and consequently, achieve individual and team goals.
- Manage sensitive customer information.
- Maintain data integrity.
- Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Make decisions based on data analysis.
- Utilize internal tools and web resources to understand the customer infrastructure and business.
- Ad hoc projects as necessary.

Desired Skills
- Advanced English, Spanish, and Portuguese, written and spoken.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Detailed oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Continuous improvement attitude and proven competencies to effectively resolve identified issues.

**Requirements**:

- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Intermediate Portuguese, written and spoken.
- Advanced Spanish and English, written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s or Undergraduate Degree in Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Law or Accounting preferred. Other majors may be OK with requisite experience.
- 2 years of Customer Support or related work experience.
