Funciones del Puesto

Technical Knowledge and Skills.
Technical Support and Customer Service, Sales, PC hardware and software maintenance.
Understands incident, change and service request processes, in line with ITIL standards.
Understand complex and highly resilient voice Infrastructure.
Manage, configure, troubleshoot, and assure service supporting all aspects of a voice and collaboration.
Troubleshoot and resolve escalations of voice and collaboration issues; prioritize and respond to Helpdesk tickets within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, VOIP signaling, and audio using common tools, e.g. Wireshark.
SDN Knowledge, configuration and troubleshot.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, Routing and switching.
Basic Knowledge in Routing and switching. Specially routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, static Routing.
Basic Knowledge in Security - VPN, Firewall.

Requisitos del Puesto

Preferable certifications: Cisco CCNA.
Ribbon: EdgeMarc and EdgeView Implementation & Support Professional Certification Test Out
Ribbon: SBC Edge Support and Implementation Blended Learning Course
Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals.
Cyber Security Essentials.
