The Role

As a Senior Growth Analytics Manager, you will work closely with the ETI product, UX and Engineering to create a growth marketing practice for multiple innovative SaaS product lines. This role requires a highly motivated self-starter who is detail oriented, thorough, and passionate about increasing customer engagement.
- Leverage marketing technology, data, and reporting platforms such as Tableau, Adobe Experience Platform to produce regular reporting and ad hoc analyses to identify causal drivers of performance.
- Discover new marketing opportunities by performing data and market analysis
- Communicate insights to product and engineering teams
- Analyze and synthesize technology transitions and competitive dynamics that drive the strategy and execution as related to messaging to both internal and external partners.
- Craft the value propositions based on a deep understanding of technology & market drivers and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include:

- Defining and monitoring meaningful customer lifecycle KPIs, and constantly striving to improve them
- Build a team of data analytics and data engineering specialists.
- Build data pipelines and data strategy, and architect solutions to bring data sources and sinks to make sense of end-to-end user journey.
- Instrument the end-to-end customer journey to track customer touchpoints from awareness through renewals for accurate full-funnel reporting & analysis.
- Responsible for the data stack build out
- Use data to identify trends, track performance, improve conversions, drive customer engagement, and optimize spend.
- Build lookalike models, and ML based approaches to targeting users
- Build a data engineering foundation in the team
- Conduct vendor evaluations for ET&I’s Martech stack.
- Partner with the Product Management executive team to participate & contribute to ideation and incubation process to fuel growth for ETI & Cisco.
- Align with Marketing Operations & Product Management teams across the company.
- Track to identify Customer Use cases, product gaps, competitive differentiation, and link the outputs to improvements in the customer experience.

Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree required, Masters, Ph.D., MBA preferred
- 7+ years in lifecycle Marketing, data science, marketing operations and subscription-based services is expected.
- Excellent communications and presentation abilities
- Experience defining and executing growth marketing strategies
- Experience with machine learning, BI Analytics, and databases. Data integration and data cleansing.
- Experience using analytics such as Mixpanel, Heap, Amplitude, Tableau, PowerBI or Adobe Experience platform.
- Experience with building data integration pipelines, BI analytics, and customer data platforms/warehouses such as Snowflake, Segment, Amazon Redshift, and others.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python
- Strategic, critical but creative problem solver with strong technical and business sense
- Ability to lead, build and work within cross-functional team environments
- Familiarity with SaaS user journey and digital campaign analytics and KPIs, familiarity with growth marketing, marketing analytics functions and planning activities.
- Experience with Data Science to do propensity modeling and audience research, predict user behavior and next best action is a plus
- Familiarity with new software technology and incubation
