**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
BCG’s Digital Products organization is a cross-functional internal organization with strong leadership alignment designed to enable the realization of the benefits of our digital transformation. We are looking for a person to provide the passion and the drive to coach, lead and enable teams and groups to deliver high quality business and customer centric outcomes within our Digital Products organization.

The Digital Collaboration Product Portfolio Team drives the vision, strategy and product delivery of internal collaboration products leveraged across the BCG workforce. Product domains include video conferencing, meeting room technology, content collaboration, messaging and team productivity. Our vision is to provide simple, connected and contextual experiences with security as a foundational element of delivery.

The Product Portfolio Enablement Manager will:
- Support the Product Portfolio in defining the Product Portfolio's purpose, scope and OKRs- Help the Product Portfolio Lead coordinate resourcing with Product Owners and Chapter Leads- Drive vertical alignment between Product Portfolio purpose & backlog and the missions and backlogs of the squads- Facilitate resolution of cross squad dependencies and issues- Track Product Portfolio and squad level KPI performance & value realization- Support the preparation for Product Portfolio level strategy sessions, including Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews- Assist the Product Portfolio Lead with communications on Product Portfolio progress to key stakeholders- Manage financials for the Product Portfolio by liaising with Finance Business Partners- Partner with the Agile COE, HR Business Partners and Recruiting to support Product Portfolio design, resourcing, and staffing of teams

- Overseeing all aspects of Product Portfolio delivery, including resource and budget management
- Coordinating across Product teams to ensure outcomes are delivered
- Upholding digital product organization design principles by supporting staffing efforts in partnership with Product Portfolio leadership, HR and Recruiting for key roles across the Product Portfolio
- Overseeing vendors and managed-service-providers, driving and delivering value through contract negotiation and optimization.

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- Total 8-10 years’ relevant experience, working with cross-functional teams and solving complex problems for business functions with significant business impact
- Proven track record of leading through influence without direct authority
- Ability to build long-term relationships and confidence in building vision, roadmaps, budgets, priorities and objectives
- Strong initiative and sense of leadership, experience leading teams and enabling change
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and ways of working with the ability to engage in Agile ceremonies to provide teams support with delivering on outcomes
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working within in rapidly changing environment
- Good understanding of technology enabled business transformation, Digital transformation, Organizational transformation, delivering enterprise-level IT and Digital projects
- Experience working in collaboration with technical and functional areas
- Experience and success in balancing product, change, people and external vendor management
- Strong financial background with experience in managing Product Portfolio or organizational budgets
- Proven track record of delivering expected business benefits on challenging initiatives
- Ability to take initiative and find ways to get things done
- Demonstrates both strong analytic and big picture capabilities in problem solving approaches
