**Job Description**:
What you´ll do:

- Analyze business processes and designs systematic improvements to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to deliver changes and solve system issues.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators within the BUs/regions to ensure they are following established global guidelines.
- Work across businesses/regions to prioritize the changes requested.
- Lead user acceptance testing for major projects.
- Lead special projects where we introduce new functionality that impacts the CRM Support team.
- Provide best practices and ongoing support to the business and other team members on how to leverage tools and systems.
