The Billing Senior Analyst performs daily activities in billing including updating customer profiles, creating and distributing invoices in a timely and efficient manner. Resolve basic disputes and discrepancies concerning customer profiles, billing and invoicing. Prepare Billing reconciliations, generate billing reports and monitor the accounts receivables of the company.

**What you’ll do**:

- Perform daily activities in billing including updating customer billing profiles
- Creating and distributing invoices to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete customer setup, contract review, and invoicing
- Resolve most complex disputes and escalations concerning customer profiles, billing and invoicing
- Promote strong collaborative relationships with internal customers, including Customer Service, Sales and any other departments
- Performs other related work as assigned by management

**What experience do you need**:

- Advanced English Level (B2 or C1)
- 2-4 years working in an Accounting environment
- 2-4 years excel experience
- Technical degree or at least 2 years of university studies, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field

- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
