Resumen:
Desarrollar estrategias para la penetración y administración de clientes nuevos y mantenimiento de los clientes actuales de las respectivas carteras, para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales en el segmento SME. Esto mediante la generación y colocación de propuestas integrales de productos y servicios tradicionales, así como soluciones diferenciadoras no tradicionales.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Cumplir los KPI’s comerciales de venta, calidad y administración de la cartera asignada y generación de nuevos clientes para la empresa.
- Desarrollar propuestas integrales de productos y servicios tradicionales, así como soluciones diferenciadoras no tradicionales, tanto a cliente nuevo como en el desarrollo de la cartera asignada.
- Desarrollar nuevos clientes potenciales, comunicarse con los clientes, comprender sus necesidades y garantizar un proceso de ventas fluido, capaz de cerrar ventas y cumplir objetivos.
- Mantener el control de los procesos y estándares, así como generar relaciones multi área sólidas que permitan la solución pronta de las necesidades y requerimientos de los clientes actuales y de los potenciales.
- Control y gestión de revenue y churn de la facturación de sus clientes.

Calificaciones:
- Estudios en Administración de Empresas, Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín (40% de la carrera).- Experiência de 4 años en roles comerciales atendiendo clientes del sector corporativo (B2B) preferiblemente de empresas del sector: Telecomunicaciones Tecnología y/o Banca o Finanzas.- Experiência comprobada en captación y desarrollo de clientes.- Experiência en desarrollo de estrategias comerciales para el cumplimiento de las metas de ventas.- Dominio intermedio del paquete Office 365.- Licencia de conducción vigente y actualizada B1 y Vehículo.
