**Job Title: Private Club Dealers**

The Private Club Dealer will play a pivotal role within our esteemed team, entrusted with the responsibility of delivering unparalleled poker experiences to high-end clientele during exclusive events and weekends. Proficiency in various poker variants and a keen understanding of guests' preferences are essential traits for this position.

As a Private Club Dealer, you will curate an inviting ambiance, ensuring each game is seamlessly orchestrated and leaves a lasting impression on our distinguished patrons. Provide luxury gaming experiences to the exclusive guests.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate various poker games, adhering to the rules and regulations of the club.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for high-end clientele.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and decorum during interactions with guests.
- Ensure accuracy in chip counts and payouts.
- Demonstrate proficiency in dealing various poker variants, including Texas Hold'em, Omaha, and Seven-Card Stud.
- Adapt dealing style to meet the preferences and skill levels of different players.
- Keep the gaming area organized and tidy, ensuring a smooth flow of gameplay.
- Monitor and enforce club policies to maintain a secure and fair gaming environment.
- Maintain a positive and engaging demeanor while engaging with guests throughout the games.
- Handle and resolve disputes or conflicts that may arise during gameplay with tact and diplomacy.
- Be knowledgeable about club promotions, events, and amenities, providing relevant information to guests.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the overall success of club events and operations.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on new poker game variants and industry trends.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion regarding club members and their activities.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with table set-up and breakdown before and after events.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the club's dress code.
- Participate in occasional training sessions and workshops to enhance dealing skills and customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Demonstrate strong mathematical skills to accurately calculate bets, winnings, and payouts.
- Cooperate with the club's management team to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Show a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate club events.
