**Job Description**:
This is an exciting time to join the TBM (Technology Business Management) team as we embed newly established processes and work to mature from existing models to more advanced methodologies that improves on and provides further transparency to users and key stakeholders

This role will work closely as an integrated team member with knowledge and experience of how TBM supports our partners and using their technical and financial expertise to engage stakeholders in maturing TBM’s capabilities

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Own the monthly process that produces EITS service costs and charges (IT Bill) including monthly management reporting to IT service owners and internal partners.
- Coordinate monthly process around collection, validation and submission of inputs to produce monthly TBM service actuals.
- Maintain and update TBM mapping structures related to cost, methodology and charging logic.
- Analyze monthly volume submissions, interpret results and investigate variances.
- Gather explanations from technology partners material increases and reductions for IT volume submission.
- Support change activities relating to TBM service maturity.
- Support ad hoc requests for IT volume reporting and analysis.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvements in process efficiencies, and system automations.
- Document and maintain updates for routine processes.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems and Finance or Accounting.
- 5-10 years of relevant Technology FP&A work experience.
- Strong English fluency.
- Strong Excel skill required.
- Advanced analytical, data analysis skills and ability to draw concise insights from large sets of data.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components like, server utilization, storage, end-user, network and communications.
- Knowledge of IT services and financial management processes such as budgeting, cost allocations, infrastructure consumption / utilization reporting.
- Experience in forecast and budget processes relating to IT volume demand.
- Understanding of month end processes and reporting, GL (General Ledger), and P&L analysis/variance explanations would be a plus.
- Experience presenting and partnering with Senior Leader levels.
- ITIL or service management experience is desired.
- Experience working in ServiceNow and CMBD.
- Experience/knowledge of financial systems and tools including OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase and Smartview, would be a plus.
- Tableau, Alteryx and PowerBI knowledge, is a plus.
- Strong business partnering skills with a focus on customer service and responsiveness.
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and solve problems in a team environment.
- Ability to balance between detail orientation and the high-level summaries while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task several important priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Ability to have fun and bring a sense of humor to work.
