**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:
The Hakkoda Training Lead will design and deliver continuous training to our teams in Costa Rica. By assembling a collection of online and instructor led training courses into learning pathways designed to progress knowledge and skills. You will be responsible for administering and tracking the learning pathways to ensure continuous education of all Hakkodans.
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
You will build a culture of learning that is fun, exciting and easily consumable. Implementing innovative approaches to modality and tools which expedite and facilitate learnings. Partners with Marketing and Sales leads to identify and develop external facing training and webinars and relevant knowledge content which supports marketing campaigns and Sales strategies.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
We are looking for someone experienced in designing and executing technical training programs. Someone who can assemble a curriculum from vendors, online and internally developed options.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bilingual Spanish / English
- 5+yrs in technical roles including technical leadership
- Experience in data architecture, ETL and scripting
- Experienced managing LMS systems, Docebo a plus
- Ability to build actionable reports and make data-driven decisions
- Experience working with large data sets in the cloud
- Experience leading teams, coaching, training talent
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts
- Ability to be self directed.
