Requirements for People Manager roles:

- 2+ years management experience leading a team of 10+ people
- Proficiency on English Language (spoken and written).
- Experience on reporting, leading prioritization of tasks, feedback delivery, time management, performance improvement and meeting deadlines with initiatives and projects.
- Working knowledge of B2B procurement processes, including working with senior management in large organizations

- Range of 2+ to 6 years of years sales experience.
- Experience on prospecting and building pipeline.
- Proficient in English Language (Written and spoken)
- Proven experience owning a territory and building a plan for success.
- Experience on leading customer engagements via consultative and solution based selling.
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to manage challenging conversations in a professional manner.

Requirements for Sales Customer Advisor (French + English + Spanish)
- Range of 2+ years sales experience.

Our team is responsible for both building and managing a book of business leveraging solution-selling, traditional and digital prospecting tactics, and supporting long-term strategic customer relationships following the initial prospect/onboarding and stabilization period. The primary areas of responsibility include prospecting, expert knowledge of features and products to create a personalized solution for each institution (feature adoption), and developing relationships with buying decision makers across functional areas such as Information Technology, Facilities, and more.
