**What you will do**:
The Accounting Analyst is responsible for daily accounting tasks such as journal entries, month-end close activities, account reconciliations analysis, and other accounting-related activities under CRFC scope. The position will report to the General Accounting Supervisor.
- Perform Account Reconciliation for assigned entities.
- Investigate and resolve unsupported balances.
- Provide support to business on request related to journal/recon backups.
- Escalate any unusual activity or aged items to management which enables a proactive response to potential risks and related losses.
- Financial Statement analysis.
- Prepare journal entries calculations.
- Perform month-end closing process and any request as necessary
- Comply with Corporate accounting policies, US and local GAAP.
- Performs other related work to the accounting cycle.

**What you need**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related field
- MS Office Suite (Intermediate excel level (pivot table, formulas, charts))
- Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish. (B2)
- SAP, Oracle or QAD systems knowledge is a big plus
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a finance/accounting function with complex reporting practices and with exposure to various reporting systems.
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and multi-task
- Versatile, motivated, creative, intellectually curious, a good communicator and collaborator
- Demonstrated ability to perform consistently under varying business pressure as well as ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment
- Computer or technical knowledge
