The RTR Accounting Analyst will be primarily responsible for executing account reconciliations and monthly closing activities related to assigned entities in Stryker’s newly created Costa Rica Shared Service Center and additional support required per ad-hoc request.

**What you will do**:

- Perform Account Reconciliation for assigned entities.
- Investigate and resolve unsupported balances.
- Provide support to businesses on requests related to journal/recon backups.
- Escalate any unusual activity or aged items to management which enables a proactive response to potential risks and related losses.
- Financial Statement analysis.
- Prepare journal entry calculations.
- Perform month-end closing process and any request as necessary
- Comply with Corporate accounting policies, and US and local GAAP.
- Performs other related work to the accounting cycle.

**What do you need?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Intermediate level: PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros, charts, formulas, etc.)
- English level B2
