**What You Get to Do**
- Lead long term business vision while delivering near term results. Drive full potential growth through brand building, business unit strategy development and executional excellence, inspired by consumer insights and industry opportunities, and consistent with K-C’s corporate strategy and mission.
- Oversee, manage, and transform all aspects of brands, business, people, and operations in leading and influencing the matrix organization. Has complete P&L and organizational accountability for a multifunctional business unit.
- Develop and nurture a distinctive, inclusive, and agile work environment, and lead continuous talent development, recruitment, and retention as a competitive advantage.
- Play a pivotal role in modeling, promoting, amplifying, and sustaining our K-C Values, Ways of Working and Culture. Create the environment to unlock the power of our matrix - leveraging both local agility and global scale to win.

**Experiences We’re Looking For**
- 12+ cross functional years’ experience, ideally having served in Marketing and Sales leadership positions with at least one position in brand building.
- Held 2+ General Manager (GM) roles in countries/small cluster, or a GM role in combination with Category or assignment in Corporate or Regional Strategy, Transformation, Capability.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, MBA preferred
- Exceptional ability to navigate within the matrix building strong cross-functional relationships with peers, leaders, and multiple stakeholders:

- Ability to drive cross country collaboration, manage trade-offs and develop best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership managing high-impact and complex projects with significant results in a matrix environment.
- Proven track record of leading, developing and motivating cross-functional and diverse teams creating an inclusive culture, to include leading leaders.
- Experience working with individuals and teams from different cultural backgrounds and experience working in two are more countries and/or geographies preferred
- Demonstrated leadership in at least two of the following areas: Revenue Growth Management, Sales & Customer Management, Holistic Portfolio Management, Expansive Growth Strategy (Category, Channel, Geography) with proven Executional Excellence, Innovation Execution, and Business Plan Development, Brand Strategy and Communication.
- Strong commercial abilities and financial acumen, with ability to create / direct / read business plans and performance.
- Coaching and Talent development: Leadership with a coaching mindset that accelerates talent development and stretches all talent to perform at full potential
- English required in addition to Spanish
