Our People & Culture team is seeking an Internal Communication and People Engagement Manager to support our team with engaging employees and keeping them connected to the critical messages and activities across CARICAM.

As the People Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for creating, communicating and driving our internal communications strategy to employees and helping define its culture, collaborating on internal initiatives, events, and programs. You will redefine complex topics into compelling messages, design, build and manage creative campaigns and written content. This role is for a creative communication/designer who is passionate about working collaboratively and cross-functionally with partners.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Plan and design internal communications plans and campaigns that directly address business challenges, building PMI culture through communications and events, increasing employee engagement, and turning ideas into engaging communication products.
- Be an innovative, dynamic and creative content generator across multiple platforms and channels.
- Support strategies and develop communications materials in collaboration with other functions to promote initiatives around employee engagement.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure information is timely published to the target audience through different communication mediums.
- Assess the effectiveness of our change management in recognition and communication strategies by reporting on results and KPIs and lead the necessary changes to continuously develop and improve the communication quality and impact.
- Support projects with clear, and concise content that fosters two-way communications with employees.
- Organize and execute internal meetings and events that advance the communication plan and help build a healthy, connected PMI culture.
- Define measurement approaches, conduct regular measurement of communications tool effectiveness based on contemporary best practices, and report these results.

Minimum Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing or Strategic Communications focus
- 5+ years of Copy Writing, Visual Design, Advertising, Internal Communications, and/ or External Communications experience.
- Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc).
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Sharepoint, Yammer).
- Hands-on experience creating and designing compelling solutions that align with overall people engagement strategy.
- Excellent time-management and communication skills.
- Able to be a “big picture” thinker and pay attention to the details.
- Capable of working on multiple concurrent projects, small and large, with various project leads.
- Advanced English level.
