Corporate Technology Lead

This role will report to the Senior Director - Global Sourcing Technology & Data.
**Key responsibilities include**:
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Sourcing & Procurement, Finance, and Corporate Operations teams to understand corporate procurement technology & data needs
Communicate and share latest developments in sourcing technology and data with business stakeholders
First point of call for sourcing technology and data insights and guidance provided to Corporate teams
Provide technology demos to new stakeholders where required
Search for efficiencies and improvements in end user process flow
Facilitate spend report requests outside of end user scope of work
Gain strong understanding of the sourcing technology ecosystem and integrations
Design and execute training for end users as part of deployment and ongoing support
Manage enhancement requests to ePro and work with JLLT to implement configuration or customization changes
Escalation point for service center level 1 queries and conduit to JLLT for level 2 or level 3 queries

Experience
6+ years of relevant professional experience (preferred with a procurement technology company and/or with a sourcing department in a role focused on technology)
Advanced degree or MBA is preferred
Advanced or Fluent English communication level
Track record of developing and implementing sourcing technology in a complex global organization
Proven ability to manage up, communicate complex ideas clearly, gain the respect of colleagues, and work collaboratively
Understanding of or exposure to global real estate categories in facilities management and capital works projects preferred but not essential
Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen
Experience with any upstream sourcing technology platforms (Jaggaer Advantage, SAP Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
Experience with any downstream sourcing technology platforms (Peoplesoft ePro, Jaggaer One, SAP Ariba, Coupa, JDE E1, etc.)
**Communication Skills**: An outgoing individual with exceptional communication skills coupled with excellent active listening skills. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. Establish and maintain strong relationships on all levels of organization
**Influencing and Team work**: Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization. Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
**Analytical Skills**: Has a structured approach to problem solving with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics. Drives to fix the ultimate root causes to drive sustainable change. Ability to critically review and analyze complex operational data sets so to identify potential inaccuracies, or gaps in information.
