**Job Description**:
General Purpose

Main Responsibilities

1. Develop expertise on processes and on data governance

2. Responsible for monitoring work queues for new requests

3. Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets

4. Coordination of respective queue or issue resolution, cycle time, leveraging workload within a team to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements

5. Train/consult internal customer in order to obtain proper inputs

6. Maintain business group workflow, includes follow-up with the business on missing fields, incorrect data and delays

7. Provide reports to assigned business team to enable end-to-end process visibility

8. Identify opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time

9. May include coordination of various activities relevant for processes, including responding to general business and process related questions or issues

10. May include training and deployment support pre and/or post go-live

11. Responsible for escalation of issues if needed

12. Ability to manage deadlines effectively to ensure metrics are being accomplish

13. Continuous improvement of processes and Lean Six Sigma project development

14. Participate in deployment of new systems including all necessary testing activities depending on process supported

15. Positively contributes to and supports team efforts and objectives

16. Act according to 3M regulation and policies

17. Other tasks assigned by Team Leader

Basic Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or minimum of 2-3 year combined experience in finance, analytics, pricing, customer service, marketing or developer.

2. Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build conditional formulas, VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, create macros, and manage large data sets.

3. Intermediate knowledge of Visual Studio, Power Apps, Power BI or Power Automate.

4. Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requests.

5. Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Three years combined experience in automation developer position and finance, analytics, pricing, customer service or marketing.

2. Knowledge in SCRUM methodology.

3. Self-starter with strong leadership capabilities and communication skills.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \

5. Demonstrated problem solving, reasoning, and analytical skills.

6. Flexible and detail oriented.
