**Resumen del puesto**:

- Ciclo de nómina de principio a fin que incluye informes de pre-procesamiento para garantizar la precisión de los datos.
- Analizar, digitar y revisar las novedades para el pago de nómina (horas extras, nuevos ingresos, vacaciones, décimo tercer mes, liquidaciones, bonificaciones, descuentos y otros)
- Informes de Seguridad Social e ISR.
- Calcular las indemnizaciones de los empleados.
- Capacidad de manejar temas contables.
- Manejo del sistema de marcaciones (time& attendance)
- Generación de diferentes reportes a otros departamentos internamente.
- Realización de auditorías internas.
- Atender solicitudes e inquietudes de los empleados por correo electrónico, teléfono o personalmente.
- Apoyo en la comunicación y reuniones con los clientes.
- Realizar otros deberes y trabajar en proyectos especiales según lo asignado.
- Supervise y trabaje en conjunto con otras áreas de Finanzas, como GL, Contabilidad, Control y Cumplimiento para garantizar que las transferencias de datos de nómina sean correctas y sin errores.

**Aspectos a considerar**:

- Debe tener conocimiento de procesos de seguridad social de país, conocimientos contables, acreedores, asientos contables, cálculo del sobretiempo, conocimiento en otros países como Ecuador, Colombia y Venezuela.
- Deseable con experiência en planillas de más de 500 colaboradores y con más de 2años de experiência.
- Experiência en auditorias.
- Inglés Básico - intermedio.
- Excel avanzado.
- La disponibilidad de trasladarse es basado en la necesidad de la operación.
- Modalidad hibrida
- Educación superior de Contabilidad, Licenciatura en Contabilidad o afines.
- Conocimientos y habilidades en aplicaciones de Microsoft Microsoft Word, Programas contables, Programas de planilla, programa gubernamental - Seguridad Social e Impuestos.

- Capacidad para resolver problemas que se presenten dentro del desarrollo de las funciones de la posición.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y adaptación a cambios que la posición requiera.
- Excelentes relaciones interpersonales.
- Manejo de varios procesos de nómina a la vez.
- Proactivo, atención al detalle, analítico, que tenga capacidad de negociación.
- Capacidad para expresarse verbal y gramaticalmente para lograr el objetivo propuesto.
- Ser responsable, comprometido, proactivo, honesto y puntual.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo poca supervisión.
