Role/Responsibilities
- Service focused individual responsible for providing sales support for the RM team. The Sales Support functions will work closely with experienced Sales Professionals (AMs/RMs/HoRMs) supporting their activity to increase mandates and revenue in their assigned territory(ies), region(s) and/or line of business. In small/less complex markets, managers may have more specific responsibilities to support a specific portfolio of issuers under the responsibility and supervision of the HoRMs.
Scope:

- Will be part of a team that provides crucial sales support to ensure premium delivery of customer service. In situations where managers are providing support to a designated portfolio of small/less complex territories, they will do so under the direct and supervision of HoRM who will retain primary responsibility for the overall portfolio. Actual portfolio size will be dependent on needs of the territory / segment and can vary across regions.
- Works autonomously with low supervision by Head of RM, RM or AM.
- Support (AMs/RMs/HoRM) in defining and revisiting individual account strategic plan on key elements such as outreach, issuance coverage, revenue.
- Prepare materials for existing customers / prospect meetings and support follow-up items post meetings
- Will project-manage, Request for Proposals/Tender responses: collect data and documents from various internal stakeholders, including the Lines of Business, Legal, Finance, etc; draft Request For Proposals/Tender responses; manage deadlines and inputs throughout the entire process, including submission logistics
- Will be responsible to provide support to produce relevant Issuer Value Statements data, charts, and other information
- Support the senior members of the team in monitoring market development and trends including coverage information, manage lead generation, identify targets and cross selling opportunities,
- Provide support on bespoke product request approvals
- Will be responsible to actively contribute on projects, regulatory tasks, marketing Campaigns etc.
- Responsible to provide support for event/conference planning, pre-conference/ pre-meeting preparation
- Responsible for responding to GMO inquiries.
- Have oversight of the Withdrawal process (documentation support).
- Will be responsible for running complex reports and queries in Sales Force and overall data quality accuracy and completeness in Sales Force.
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders e.g. legal, billing team, compliance etc. to resolve any issues
- Will be required to attend client meetings together with Sr. RM staff from time to time.
- Will be responsible to on-board Associate staff and where appropriate provide guidance on day-to-day tasks
- Will be able to support other than their usual territory on an ad-hoc basis

**Qualifications**:

- Capabilities
- Very good communication skills, strong writing skills and time management skills; language skills
- Well versed in Powerpoint and able to produce good quality promotional material (presentations, pre-meeting fact sheets etc.).
- Understand main financial instruments, key characteristics and dynamics of capital and credit markets in her or his market segment / territory
- Able to read financial statements to identify financial needs and understand the financial strategy of each firm
- Good product proficiency (fluent in our product suite)
- Excellent understanding of Moody’s service suite, contracts and general conduct of business
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Highly organised with ability to multi-task
- Ability to work effectively with a geographically diverse and multi-cultural team
- Team player

Academic Qualifications / Work Experience
- Minimum of Undergraduate / First Level degree (or equivalent) preferably in finance, accounting, business or economics.
- Some years of experience in the financial services industry in a business development, sales or client relationship role.
