**Talent Acquisition Expert**

**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Accountable for creating and maintaining diversity and disability focused recruitment strategies to generate a diverse slate of talent for each role.
- Maintain relationships with external partners to include community contacts, college officials and local professionals.
- Build and maintain internal partnerships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs to ensure staffing goals and anticipate market trends.
- Perform four eye checks and internal audits to its own team.
- Maintain ICS controls updated.
- Maintain or create Talent Acquisition Supporting documents or training material.
- Guide and mentor team members if required.
- Ensure Bayer is present is Key job fairs to attract the right talent and promote our employer branding.
- To act as a role model of Life Attributes for its co-workers.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- University studies in Business Administration, HR, Psychology or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Technical Recruitment or Corporate Recruiting, ideally in an international environment along with a good knowledge of HR interfaces.
- Advanced English level is required.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required, Success Factors experience is required.
- High service delivery attitude and a strong communicator.
- High degree of reliability and motivation.
