**Job Description**:
We´re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our US recruitment efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and highly service-oriented organization

**What you'll do**
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Partners with opening job requisitions, and support Diversity/Early Careers recruiting events
- Work collaboratively with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure recruiting objectives are achieved
- Develop strong relationships with internal business and drive activity in support of their hiring objectives and processes
- Consistently demonstrate an ability to streamline/improve the talent acquisition process by identifying and improving bottlenecks in the recruiting process
- Ensure organizational compliance with laws and regulations related to recruiting
- Performs other duties and special project assignments as appropriate

**Qualifications**:
**What your background looks like**:

- High School Diploma
- 2 years of experience in an administrative and/or customer facing function, ideally in Recruiting or Human Resources
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proven success working in a high-volume, multi-client environment
- High level of motivation, self-initiative and sense of urgency coupled with a strong customer service orientation
- Strong organization skills to plan and prioritize day to day responsibilities for optimum efficiency.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers
- Must be able to clear the company’s pre-employment screening

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Related Bachelor’s degree and/or HR Program certificate
- Previous experience supporting recruiting processes
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Smart Recruiters a plus)
