**¿Qué buscamos?**
Buscamos jóvenes estudiantes, proactivos, dinámicos y con muchas ganas de aprender e impactar da manera significativa la vida de millones de personas.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudiantes de la carrera de Ingeniería Industrial o Ingeniería de producción
- Ingles intermedio
- Persona apasionada, con ganas de aprender, autónoma, resolutiva;
- Persona dispuesta a tomar la iniciativa y el control de sus proyectos y tareas, enfocada en comprender las necesidades del cliente.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación, negociación y persuasión a otros.
- Preferiblemente con conocimiento en : Six Sigma, green belt, VSM Value Stream Map,

**Proyecto a realizar**:

- Participación activa en levantamiento de Tiempo Estándar.
- Análisis de Capacidad, Value Stream Map, Simulación.
- Soporte en proyectos en función a mejora de productividad.
