We're seeking a skilled Senior Planner to join our Global Supply Chain team.

• Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies and networks to address capacity issues and production location decisions.
• Support business execution of new programs and initiatives, including promotional activities, forecast coordination, and network redesigns.
• Monitor key sales and operations planning performance indicators and coordinate cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience in supply chain or one year as an intern in this field (preferable).
• Expertise in advanced Supply Chain/Demand Planning systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with executive leadership.
• Fluent in English and Spanish communication (C1-B2+ level).

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• APICS, IBF, or similar professional certification.
• Experience in the Medical Device Industry.
• Lean, Six Sigma green or black belt certification.
• Strong analytical, planning, Excel, and organizational skills.
• SAP Experience required.
• Teamwork.
