We are now looking for regional Pricing Leads who will be responsible for designing and delivering enterprise level standardised pricing execution processes and use of SAP and complimentary connected technology. This will involve identifying and delivering that process improvement and harmonising the overall process and technology design to meet current business objectives, regulatory requirements and prepare for future development of these needs and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

Lead the end-to-end pricing process and technology design in the Axial programmed for your region. This will include:

- Exploring the current pricing challenges and complexities in your region
- Identifying how pricing structures can be more standardized, repeatable, and scalable, leveraging standard core capabilities of SAP S/4 HANA and 3rd party additional pricing solutions.
- Working collaboratively, partnering across the end-to-end process to ensure a clear flow of data and process hand offs and hand ins are known, identified and interdependencies understood and agreed.
- Managing several stakeholders across finance, global pricing implementation, market access, commercial and technology to design the right process and technology solutions for AZ to support the business’ next phase of growth.
- Leading the design and the key design outputs to determine the correct technologies, process and operating model for delivering on AZ’s pricing requirements for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Reviewing, understanding, and assessing AZ’s current pricing processes and solutions.
- Understanding the new capabilities of SAP S/4 HANA and possible extension partners in the pricing space and how they can integrate, enhance, or replace the current processes and technologies.
- Designing and inputting into the new enterprise data model for pricing.

Once the design phase is complete, you will support the build and change management to prepare for implementation of new pricing process and technologies from an order and distribution to cash perspective working in partnership Axial programme team members from other process areas. This will include:

- Supporting the internal and external technology teams by refining requirements and co-creating solutions where roadblocks exist
- Identifying gaps in the current process or teams and an action plan for remediation and readiness prior to implementation
- Executing on the action plan for remediation and readiness in advance of implementation, incorporating global perspectives and nuances to produce the strongest outcomes.
- Escalating key issues and roadblocks from a people, process and technology/data perspective for further consideration and remediation
- Liaising with cross-functional stakeholders across all markets and global functions required to ensure change acceptance, training and adoption readiness are established prior to implementation.
