In Neser Group we are looking for an advanced English technician in the IT area to:
- Helping users who are calling in with their related questions and issues
- Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 EST - 18:00 EST
- ~30 calls/day average
- ~15 Self-service tickets
- Topics:
- Mobile Iron
- Look up information
- Enroll phones
- Retire or wipe phones
- iPhone & iPad troubleshooting
- Check battery health
- Reset network settings
- Set up Wi-Fi calling
- Able to explain basic iDevice features to users
- Utilize carrier portals
- Order devices & accessories
- Look up information
- Suspend and unsuspend lines
- Re-enroll phones with carrier
- Move line from corporate to personal
- Other:
- Initiate phone replacement when defect but not eligible for an upgrade
- Document and maintain procedures
- Remote work
