**About the role**:
As a** Lead GenAI (4538)** **, you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.

Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include:

- Lead a team of AI engineers and researchers in developing cutting-edge GenAI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
- Architect end-to-end GenAI solutions, leveraging LLMs, OpenAI, RAGs, VectorDBs, and Agents.
- Address scalability and performance-related issues with LLMs, implementing optimization strategies as needed.
- Build and deploy ML models, including re-ranking models and custom LLMs, to enhance solution capabilities.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends, and incorporate them into GenAI solution designs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with a focus on AI technologies and solutions.
- Strong proficiency in AI technologies, including LLMs, OpenAI, RAGs, VectorDBs, and Agents.
- Experience addressing scalability and performance issues with LLMs.
- Extensive expertise in machine learning and data science, with the ability to build and deploy ML models.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) technologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
- Certifications in AI or related fields.
