About the Role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with sales tax compliance and coordinate with third party service provider to ensure accurate and timely filing of sales & use tax returns.- Responsible for property tax compliance liaising with internal accounting team and third party service provider to ensure accuracy and timely filing of property tax returns.- Responsible for sales tax registrations & business license filings.- Assist in preparing monthly account reconciliations for sales & use tax, property tax, and other non-income tax accounts to ensure accuracy.- Assist in sales tax research and analysis to support technical positions related to the company’s business transactions.- Assist in developing and complying with internal controls for US transactional tax functions and identify process improvement opportunities.- Provide data collection and research support as part of state and local tax audits.- Review and validation of tax exemption certificates.- Support foreign indirect tax compliance review.- Assist in M&A indirect tax integration.- Business partnering with cross functional groups within the company to understand the tax impact of business operations and ensure tax needs are identified, considered and communicated.- Work closely with Senior Indirect Tax Manager to ensure that proper controls and efficient processes are implemented.- Assist with special projects as needed.

- Asistir en el cumplimiento de los impuestos sobre las ventas y coordinarse con el proveedor de servicios externo para garantizar la presentación precisa y puntual de las declaraciones de impuestos sobre las ventas.- Responsable del cumplimiento del impuesto sobre bienes inmuebles, en contacto con el equipo interno de contabilidad y el proveedor de servicios externo para garantizar la precisión y puntualidad de las declaraciones del impuesto sobre bienes inmuebles.- Responsable de los registros del impuesto sobre las ventas y de las licencias comerciales.- Ayudar a preparar las conciliaciones contables mensuales de los impuestos sobre las ventas, los impuestos sobre bienes inmuebles y otras cuentas no relacionadas con los impuestos sobre la renta para garantizar su exactitud.- Asistir en la investigación y el análisis de los impuestos sobre las ventas para apoyar las posiciones técnicas relacionadas con las transacciones comerciales de la empresa.- Asistir en el desarrollo y cumplimiento de
