Location: Alajuela, Costa Rica
- Education:
- Ninth Grade Completed.
- Equivalent: Primary education and 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical company or industry.
- Specialized Knowledge (Desirable):
- Other Skills: Good practices in documentation and manufacturing, quality assurance, production processes, handling and care of measuring equipment.
- Microsoft Office: Intermediate
- Languages Required (Desirable):
- Spanish
- Computer Tools and Knowledge Required (Desirable):
- Oracle and Agile (Desirable)

- Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform product, process, and final inspection tasks to ensure compliance with established quality standards and product requirements for its respective use. Daily execution of assigned tasks by the supervisor or technical leaders as required.
- Provide support on the production line as needed.
- Receive documented training and knowledge of manufacturing procedures, which outline the inspection guidelines to follow.
- Stay updated with document revisions to maintain training records.
- Complete required documents, labels, or records in different areas of the process as requested and when needed, following good documentation practices.
- Able to train other colleagues on new processes for different projects.
- Assist engineers or technicians in engineering tests for process development, material studies, or validations as needed.
- Understand the established basic documents for different process operations such as Standard Operations Procedures (SSOP) and Standard Work Instructions (SSWI).
- Check equipment calibration and maintenance labels for expiration dates and status.
- Protect and maintain equipment, tools, and required clothing items provided for work execution.
- Conduct line cleaning in process operations.
- Ensure equipment and tools are cleaned at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to manufacturing best practices (attire, Gowning entry, food and protective equipment use), company policies (related to absenteeism, punctuality, vacations, disciplinary actions, occupational health, and respectful behavior), and internal organization rules and those stipulated by the quality system.
