Collaborate with Hologic's Global Marketing business partners (US, EMEA, APAC) to define website project requirements. Assist Web & Digital Administrator with supporting Hologic's In-House Website Managed Service. Administer and configure websites Assist with group, role and permissions assignment Perform QA testing of website applications Create technical documentation for website configurations Resolve service ticket requests Assist with managing development consultants Lead status meetings with business partners Work closely with Security, Privacy, and Infrastructure teams to ensure that websites meets their standards Be involved in CMS site building, coding, front-end development, Web Server ManagementQualifications
Ability to troubleshoot and handle client requests, which may include updating code, content, and functionality Experiences with Service Ticket Management systems (ServiceNow) is a plus Previous experience working in a Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Digital Agency environment a plus Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and tickets Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills-
