We're currently seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative

What you'll be doing:
  • Provide outstanding support for our applications and services
  • Handle phone calls, chats, and emails to resolve customer issues related to product usage, account access, document sending, billing, and more
  • Exceed service level targets
  • Utilize various support tools such as email, chat, phone, and Salesforce
  • Proactively identify product enhancements, bugs, and opportunities to enhance the customer experience

Preferred qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • High School Diploma
  • Solid understanding of desktop operating systems like Microsoft Windows 2000
  • Basic knowledge of internet technologies
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, creative, goal-oriented, and team-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations and communicate effectively with customers
  • Strong attention to detail, superb organizational and time management abilities
  • Capability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced and sometimes uncertain environment
