We are currently looking for Electronic Health Record Subject Matter Expert to join our Global Medical team in Costa Rica. In this role, you will be responsible for developing an expertise in the software and our medical work processes and driving digitization of the medical work processes through use of the software. You will collaborate with the North America and Latin America Regional Medical Leadership teams in developing best practices to enable use of this software.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a high level of expertise in Cority, our new global digital occupational health record.
- Lead the identification of business process capability improvements through digitization in Cority, leveraging deep understanding of the medical processes and associated P&G systems.
- Provide input, based on experience, to the Global Medical Technology Leadership Team to drive the development of global, regional, or market standards through digitization. Offer leadership support for the Key User network.
- Develop and deliver training programs, as well as provide higher-level work process support.
- Serve as a vital member of the Global Medical Technology team, contributing to the development of technology and business process improvements for medical.
- Assist in the testing and launch of future platform versions.
- Drive compliance through health checks and effective change management processes.
- Design and maintain an Emergency Alternate Procedure (EAP).
- Conduct external benchmarking to evaluate best-in-class solution opportunities.
Job Qualifications
Must Have:
- Professional licensure in a healthcare field.
- Previous experience using an electronic health record.
- Ability to communicate effectively while solving unique problems bridging the medical and information technology domains.
- Expertise in using Windows, Chrome or Edge.
- English and Spanish proficiency
Nice to Have:
- Use of web based applications
- Experience connecting and setting up devices with a Windows based PC
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions
