Job DescriptionServiceNow is looking for an outstanding analyst to join our Subscription and Usage Analytics team. As a part of the Global Deal Management division, the ideal candidate should be proactive and possess the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams across different regions, including Pricing, Sales, Operations, Business Intelligence, Product, and Engineering, to elevate our program. This role involves analyzing license utilization data, interpreting contractual information, and partnering with the Sales Organization to facilitate upsell negotiations, helping our clients maximize their product benefits.
- Run compliance reports to identify revenue opportunities from customer usage
- Collaborate with the sales team to discuss licensing utilization and drive upsell strategies
- Educate customers on entitlement logic to ensure compliance with their agreements
- Work with the Business Intelligence team to enhance use verification and compliance on the ServiceNow platform
- Lead projects to streamline processes, develop usage guidelines, and train users on compliance best practices
- Ensure adherence to business SLAs related to compliance processes
- Maintain documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Identify areas for process enhancement and automation, participate in test plans for new functionalities
Experience Required:
- Minimum 8 years' experience in data analytics, pricing or sales operations, preferably in the software industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate across different teams and cultures
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies
- Attention to detail and proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Experience with BI Tools and large data sets
Desired Skills & Experiences
- Experience in license compliance, audit, or usage verification
- Project Management certification
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL/Snowflake
- Workflow design, project management, or Agile SDLC experience
- Prior exposure to the ServiceNow platform
- Experience with cloud-based License Entitlement solutions
- Willingness to contribute across various tasks
