We are hiring for CRAT Capacity IE.

  • Industrial Engineers plan plant, production facilities and equipment layouts, determines the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow, and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
  • Develops metrics to measure equipment and factory capacity and output, and to identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks.
  • Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
  • On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.
  • Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur.
  • Develop solutions to problems using the previous gained experience.
  • Discipline attentiveness to detail and willing to work under limited supervision.
  • Capable of handling multiple assignments in a timely manner while meeting assigned deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team work and influencing skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications,

  • Bachelor or Licenciatura Degree in Industrial Engineering, Product Engineering or related fields.
  • Advanced English Level.
  • Experience working in ATM Intel environment (Factory).

At least 1 year of experience in the following:

  • Problem Solving Methodologies, Data analysis such as Jump JMP, Structure Query Language (SQL), Pathfinder, Agile, others.
  • Reporting and Data Monitoring.
  • Driven capacity and efficiency cost improvement projects.

Preferred Qualifications,

  • Knowledge of asset management.
  • Knowledge of test equipment and their functions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency on manufacturing capacity management in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge in capacity planning and capital equipment management.
  • Knowledge in purchase order creation and placement.
  • Manufacturing environment.
  • Factory Physics knowledge.
